Distance Learning IT Support Guidelines, reminders, and procedures: 

Student Laptops: During distance learning periods, all student laptop exchanges or new device issues will continue to follow current procedures (from school contingency pool). All assignment data will be documented in One2One. 

● Break/Fix will be available for students and staff. Please contact: 

○ Students: Family Technology Support Center 513-363-0688 

○ Staff: ITM Service Desk 513-363-0390 option 2

Free Internet - ConnectOurStudents: 

○ The CPS free internet offer for all enrolled CPS students within the Cincinnati Bell coverage area is available. All ConnectOurStudent free Internet service requests must go through Cincinnati Bell by contacting Cincinnati Bell to sign up at 513-566-3895 (for English) or 513-566-3894 (for Spanish). 

○ If students are unable to get service through Cincinnati Bell or are experiencing connectivity issues with slower speed service (5Mbps) and multiple students are at their home location they may qualify for a hotspot alternative or addition. For more information: 

■ Student: Contact The Family Technology Support Center (513-363-0688) 

■ Teachers/Staff: E-mail CPSConnect@cps-k12.org with the parent’s name, address, phone number, and reason Cincinnati Bell Service are denied. The family will be contacted directly by CPS to make arrangements. 

Student Printing: Student printing is not supported. Students may contact the Family Technology Support hotline for best effort assistance in setting up a home printer in rare instances where possible.
