Staff Holiday Fundraiser
Interested in purchasing a gift for any staff members at Parker Woods this year? Let the Parker Woods PTO make it easy for you and help us raise money for our school!
Remember, buying gifts for staff members is COMPLETELY optional. You are not obligated to purchase anything!
❄ Contributions from parents will be pooled to buy gift cards for our
staff members
❄ Student names will be included on Holiday cards given to staff
members (amounts contributed will not be specified).
❄ 8-10% of the purchase price will be given back to Parker Woods to
benefit our students!
To purchase:
❄ Fill out the Contact Information at the top of this form
❄ Write the amount you would like to contribute to each staff name or
you can donate by group (i.e. custodians, support staff, main office).
❄ Write the total amount at the top
❄ Make your payment using one of the options below:
